THIRST QUENCHING ARSENAL
Blimey, that was a long week! Grand National, F1, FA Cup Semi's all sorts of unfulfilling diversions before the real stuff gets underway tonight, and yes it's an important game. With just five fixtures left every point has meaning and three points are as vital for Wigan as they are for us, so I predict a good game of football. Another step up the ladder of Champions League qualification and a summer of relaxing and looking forward should we take all three points. Home advantage should nullify Wigan's attributes but a note of caution still exists.
One thing that home advantage gives us is a vocal crowd as commented upon by a number of Arsenal players and it's important to be as vocal for a game against Wigan as it is against Milan.
Given that we've had a barren week with an arid non Arsenal landscape tonight with only droplets of moisture to lubricate ourselves we must quench our thirst at the Emirates. Let's take another step forward.
